General description
从人胎盘中提取纯化的V型胶原蛋白。 抗体与人I、II和III型胶原蛋白的反应性低于0.1%。 在放射免疫测定中AB763P与人纤连蛋白和小鼠层粘连蛋白的反应性为0.1%。
Application
免疫组化： 1：40 稀释液用于冷冻人皮肤、肝脏和胎盘组织的免疫荧光染色。

**工作稀释度必须由最终用户确定。
抗V 型胶原蛋白抗体可检测 V型胶原蛋白的水平&已发表&经验证可用于ELISA、IF、RIA。
