Millicell细胞培养嵌套板是一种**装置，用于支持内皮和上皮细胞系（包括CaCo-2）的细胞生长和分化。
Millicell装置有0.4 µm PCF和多种PET薄膜孔径。培养板给用户提供了**方便性，有许多特点，例如更加方便移液的上侧辅助孔以及下侧接触孔。为了降低污染细胞单层的风险，薄膜板有支脚，使板子在从饲养托盘拆下时高于工作表面。泪滴形状的容纳孔消除了在组装板子时产生的气泡。
Millicell培养板经优化用于生长细胞和维持细胞单层的高度完整性。Millicell培养板薄膜上生长的细胞的生长情况比在塑料上好，因为细胞从上侧和下侧均获得营养。更加密切地模拟了体内细胞生长和功能。Millicell培养板设计用于分析及细胞生长，亦可用作手动或自动细胞接种、饲养和清洗系统。
使用这一完善的系统，您可以在一个以薄膜做底的培养板上生长、饲养和分析细胞。培养板可以与单槽或多孔饲养托盘配用。在进行转运分析时，只需将培养板转换成分析用的多孔转运托盘。
