Application
mPAGE 10% bis-tris凝胶用于高分辨率的蛋白质分离
- 高达60 μl/孔的样品容纳量
- 一般运行时间26 min(MES, 180V)或31 min(MOPS, 200V)
- 使用Bio-Rad Mini-PROTEAN系统时要反转密封圈。
- 用于XCell SureLock和其他兼容的电泳槽时，需搭配adapter plate/接板(货号MPTA)。
