Product Description
General description
不渗透膜的DNA嵌入剂在488 nm处有红色荧光。可用于流式细胞仪染色凋亡细胞和细胞核。可用于区分凋亡和坏死细胞死亡。可与标记有异硫氰酸荧光素的普通绿色荧光探针一起使用。具有以下光谱特性：消光系数：5,900 M-1cm-1 (493 nm)；55,700 M-1cm-1 (287 nm)；13,800 M-1cm-1 (252.5 nm)；**发射波长：536 nm；**发射波长：617 nm。

Preparation Note
复溶后，等分并冷冻保存（-20°C）。贮备溶液在-20°C下可稳定保存至多6个月。
首先溶解在非常少量的DMSO中，然后向水溶液中添加材料，可以改善溶解度。
