General description
肥大细胞糜酶（EC 3.4.21.39）是S1肽酶家族颗粒酶亚家族的成员，可将C末端裂解为苯丙氨酸，酪氨酸，色氨酸和亮氨酸残基（按优先顺序）。糜酶储存在细胞内的肥大细胞颗粒中，是主要分泌的肥大细胞蛋白酶。分泌的肥大细胞糜酶被认为参与细胞外基质降解，血管活性肽的产生和腺体分泌的调节。
Immunogen
从人皮肤纯化的糜酶。
Application
抗糜酶抗体，克隆B7是用于DB，IH的抗糜酶抗体。
斑点印迹：0.5-1.0 μg/mL。
免疫组化：0.5-1.0 μg/mL。为了获得**结果，应将组织或细胞离心涂片制备物固定在Carnoy′s液（60%乙醇，30%氯仿，10%冰醋酸）中。不建议在甲醛固定的组织上使用。
不建议用于蛋白质印迹。
**工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
