General description
一种可渗透细胞的异喹啉衍生物，可作为AMP脱氨酶的特异性AMP竞争性抑制剂（人、大鼠和小鼠的IC50分别为38、27和24 nM）。 增强低频电刺激引起的收缩大鼠上棘肌中AMP水平，AMP：ATP比和AMPK磷酸化（在Thr172处）和乙酰辅酶A羧化酶（在Ser218处）的增加。但是，它不会影响基础AMPK活性和收缩刺激的葡萄糖摄取。 与该化合物的预培养可降低基础IMP水平，但确实以任何明显的方式影响收缩诱导的IMP，腺苷和肌苷的增加。
