EIA（捕获）。检测限1.5 pmol/升。
注意：血浆样品需要提取RIA，但不需要提取三明治EIA。**工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。

胰高血糖素样肽-1（7-36）酰胺（GLP-1），C末端反应性。与GLP-1（1-36）酰胺完全交叉反应，但与未酰胺化形式GLP-1（7-37）和GLP-1（1-37）或其他相关肽（例如hGLP-2、胰高血糖素、hGIP和VIP）的交叉反应性为<0.1%。
物种反应性：大多数哺乳动物物种。GLP-1在所研究的全部哺乳动物物种中是相同的，除了豚鼠及其可能的南美啮齿动物亲属。
Physical form
兔血清，稀释。 含0.05%叠氮化钠的PBS液体。
Preparation Note
以未稀释的等分试样在-20°C下冷冻保存长达6 个月。应避免反复冻/融循环。
