抗血清的免疫球蛋白部分采用硫酸铵沉淀和DEAE纤维素色谱制备，该抗血清通过固定化人白蛋白、免疫球蛋白和胶原蛋白III、IV和V型交叉吸附制备。
产品为液体形式，溶于0.15M 氯化钠、10mM 磷酸钠（pH 7.5）、0.1%甘露醇和 0.1% 葡聚糖稳定剂。 不含防腐剂。
硫酸铵沉淀，随后是 DEAE色谱和免疫检测
Preparation Note
自收到之日起在-20°C可稳定保存2年。避免反复冻融。为了**程度地回收产品，在融化后和取下盖子之前，将原始小瓶进行离心。
