General description
一种Wnt信号的细胞渗透性、有效和选择性激活剂，不抑制GSK-3β（IC50 >60 µM）的活性。显示出模拟Wnt的作用并诱导β-连环蛋白和TCF（T细胞命运）依赖性转录活性（HEK-293T细胞中的EC50 = 700 nM）。据报道，在非洲爪蟾胚胎发育过程中导致大量头部缺陷。
