General description
一种跨膜Ca2+通量阻滞剂（IC50 = 7 µM），可减弱辣椒素诱导的阳离子通道开放。抑制从对兰尼碱敏感的细胞内Ca2+贮藏中，Ca2+-诱导的Ca2+释放。抑制K+-刺激的儿茶酚胺分泌(IC50 = 6 µM)。
