General description
一种细胞渗透性的联苯唑并氧乙酸酯，通过靶向其脂肪酸结合口袋（在使用1，8-ANS的竞争性结合试验中，Ki = <22 nM），同时对肌肉和表皮FABP′s的亲和力低得多（Ki分别为250 nM和350 nM）。显示在体外有效地阻断泡沫细胞转化和炎症介质在aP2阳性而非aP2阴性的THP-1巨噬细胞中的的细胞表达，并改善小鼠体内的葡萄糖代谢和胰岛素敏感性。
