LEI-102 is orally available, highly potent and highly selective cannabinoid CB2 receptor agonist. LEI-102 attenuates cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity in mice. LEI-102 did not generate CB1R-mediated CNS-side effects at doses up to 25mg/kg (p.o.) in mice model.
