Biochem/physiol Actions
IL-4（白细胞介素 4） 是一种有效的淋巴样细胞生长因子，可刺激某些 B 细胞和 T 细胞的生长和存活。它表现出抗炎反应并通过提供对细胞内病原体的保护来参与免疫过程。IL-4 在 Th2（T 辅助细胞）分化中也起重要作用。此外，它可以抑制促炎细胞因子。IL-4 与天疱疮有关。此外，该基因的突变与种植牙的风险有关。在儿童中，IL-4 可能与哮喘和肺炎支原体感染的风险有关。
