Application
细胞生长和维持通用的血清替代品。
可用于制备低蛋白培养基。在许多情况下，含 10% 培养基添加剂的培养基中血清水平可降低 50-75%。同时低蛋白含量 (<150μg/ml) 也使该产品适用于制备低蛋白无血清培养基。通过向相应的细胞培养基中添加培养基添加剂，使其最终浓度达 10%，可制备无血清培养基。培养基中最终的蛋白含量将取决于基础培养基中蛋白质（如存在）的水平。在许多情况下，要求采用无血清培养基进行细胞驯化。还推荐辅用血清以改善细胞生长和维持。
