General description
异丙醇是一种透明、无色、极性的有机溶剂，常用于化学和分子生物学实验室。它可溶解一系列的化物品并快速蒸发。本品（2-丙醇）为分子生物学级，适用于核酸沉淀。
异丙醇使用方案：
- 从哺乳动物组织沉淀DNA，从DNA样品中提取溴化乙锭，以及从细胞和组织中分离RNA。
- 蛋白质结晶。
- 从生物基质中分离类维生素A，进行HPLC和HPLC-MS分析。
