General description
细胞周期蛋白 A 是 S 期的核蛋白，它与 cdk2 和 cdc2 结合。与细胞周期蛋白 A 特异性反应的单克隆抗体的可用性使得细胞周期蛋白 A 的亚细胞检测和定位，以及细胞周期蛋白水平的相对差异（作为细胞周期阶段的功能）的测量成为可能。
