Biochem/physiol Actions
IL-6（白介素6）是介导免疫和炎症反应的多效性细胞因子.它在巨核细胞发育和血小板生成中与IL-3协同作用。IL-6与多种自身免疫和炎性疾病有关。 类风湿性关节炎患者的滑液中存在高水平的IL-6。它还与慢性炎症性增生性疾病和B细胞恶性肿瘤、Castleman病以及浆细胞瘤/多发性骨髓瘤有关。
